Superior Mechanical Services, Inc. began in 1948 as a family-owned business.  In 2005, SMS was acquired by long-time employees Jerry Williams & Joe Enos – with a vision to continue Superior’s enduring record as a quality mechanical contractor.  We are a union shop, and most of our technicians and staff have been employed with us for many years.  We take pride in our work and are dedicated to providing value-minded service with a down-to-earth approach.

Jerry Williams
President/CEO
Jerry has been associated with Superior Mechanical Services, Inc. since 2000.  He grew up in the mechanical trades – the son of a plumbing and heating contractor, and completed a union apprenticeship in plumbing and pipefitting.  Jerry is a CPA, and has a bachelors degree in accounting from Temple University and an MBA in taxation from Cal State Hayward.

Joe Enos
Vice President/Service Manager
Joe has been associated with Superior Mechanical Services, Inc. since 1984.  He began as a union tradesman and worked his way through the ranks.  Joe is a hands-on manager, a value-minded problem-solver, and an essential part of Superior’s success and reputation.
