There is a playground under the shade of nice large trees and a couple of picnic benches and tables. Kind of dinosaur-themed with the playground equipment and there are tennis courts as well. There’s a grassy field that is very big so it’s good for flying kites when the wind picks up.
The dog park itself is a bit on the smaller side but was maintained well with space to sit down while the dogs play. The rest of the park is very green and full of places to enjoy.
This is a decent community park but as it is next to the freeway there are better options for families without dogs. If your family does have a dog, I think this place would be nice to regularly visit. It is a wonderful park with a large, fenced area…trees, shade, benches, and doggie bags. Water is also available in the play area. This park has a basketball hoop and you can take your dog there also. There is an area where you can let them run off-leash.
